Dynamics of Trust
In this module, learners must help Lexi Lux, Sales Manager at Biz-R Market, gain the trust of one of her employees, Sasha Estrada, in order to convince him not to quit in the wake of a major mistake. By helping the two communicate, the learner allows them build a strong foundation of trust for the future.
Learners will be notified when their performance will be scored and can return to the menu before proceeding. Green, yellow and red visual cues indicate the quality of their response.
