Mike Nichols brings his in-depth multi-disciplinary experience in gaming, hardware, and middleware development to Talespin. In 1995 Mike co-founded Surreal Software. Acquired by Midway in 2005, Mike built Surreal into a world-leading, award-winning AAA gaming studio. He then joined Microsoft as a founding member and Executive Producer for the Kinect team. In 2010, Mike followed his passion for computer vision to Belgium, working with SoftKinetic as VP/GM. Throughout his career, Mike has consistently built teams to deliver the world’s top selling, award-winning, and critically acclaimed products. In all, the products Mike has been directly responsible for designing, developing, and managing have generated more than $2.5b in revenue.
